I was born and raised in Elmwood. I come from a real estate family that started in fix and flips and single family rental properties. As a teen, I helped my dad carrying drywall, patching, sanding, painting walls and moving appliances. It was great experience that found me renovating properties, learning about negotiation, sitting in meetings with investors and lawyers all before the age of 15. This is what inspired me to get into real-estate and ultimately become a REALTOR® later in life.

My primary real estate investing niche is multi-family homes. I favor duplex properties as it was my first real estate investment and always found comfort in one side covering most, ideally all of the costs of ownership. I started with the “house hack” method (living on one side while renting the other) in my mid twenties. Currently holding 4 doors that are in close proximity to one another. Today, I still live in the Elmwood area and have a wife, 2 kids and a little dog named Joe. Family is very important to me and I handle my clients as so.

I became a REALTOR® in 2018. I started as a buyers specialist where I worked with 100% buyers for the first few years. It allowed me to experience a high volume of transactions in a relatively short period. Most importantly, when listing homes for sale I have the benefit of being able to see the homes through the buyers eyes, they are what we are looking for after all. In 2022, I moved into being an Independent REALTOR® and currently work with both sellers and buyers. At present I am working with Ember Realty in Winnipeg. I look forward to working with you.
